Night Nunu Gallery is pleased to announce the debut of Flowering, an online exhibition featuring the works of Gabrielle Vitollo and Shannon Blanton. The two artists are pushing the boundaries of flower paintings and exploring the subject matter in the contemporary art canon.

On the occasion of fundraising for a memorial trail Pond Mountain Land Trust of Kent CT commissioned Shannon Blanton to paint a

In April of 2022 Shannon gave an interview with Chunbun Park regarding her art and practice.

Shannon Blanton’s work Mud Bee was included in a group show InstaSelect v. 2 at Mark Borghi Fine Art, Sag Harbor NY. The show over 40 select works of various mediums, styles and narratives. The artists and works were carefully collected by the gallery’s curatorial committee based on both formalist achievement and conceptual ingenuity.

On September 13th, 2021 Shannon Blanton joined Yeonhye Park and her Art 21 class at Penn State for a lecture and Q&A regarding her art practice.

In July of 2021 Shannon sat down to give an interview of her art and practice with Georgie Vargemezi of ALKALI Magazine.
